Position: Cleaning Staff (Hourly Employment)

Location: Norrköping

Vander Apartments is seeking dedicated and meticulous cleaning staff to maintain our apartments and common areas in top condition. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, self-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be a key person in creating a clean and pleasant environment for our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

As cleaning staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our apartments, common areas, and facilities are always clean and fresh. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms and apartments
• Cleaning common areas such as corridors, stairwells, and reception
• Meeting specific cleaning requirements related to our short-term rentals and long-term tenants
• Caring for textiles and equipment
• Handling and reporting any damages or issues in the apartments
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, such as replenishing supplies
• Ensuring that guests and tenants are greeted with a clean and welcoming environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has cleaning experience, preferably from hotels or properties (meritorious)
• Is detail-oriented and has a high work standard
• Is self-driven, responsible, and can organize your work efficiently
• Speaks and understands Swedish or English
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a good eye for detail and understands the importance of a clean and organized living space
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
